Sorry, but the Texas Veterans Land Board does not allow outside lenders to do the “land only” portion of their program. You must go directly to the Veterans Land Board in Austin for this. (800-252-8387)

I want to use my Texas Vet eligibility to purchase a home… Can you do this for me?

Needs to read only the following: All new home builds that are destined to have a Texas Vet Home Loan must have an Energy Star Inspection or HERS Inspection completed during the construction phase. This is mandatory in order to close the loan.

No, you don’t. You can change your mind, and decide who you want to close your loan. Transfer of your loan is an easy process.

How will I know what interest rate I will get on my home loan?
We submit special forms to Texas Vet in Austin via fax. Turn-around time for the paperwork is usually within 48 Hours. When we receive official notice of your eligibility, we lock your interest rate the same day.

I am a Widow of a Veteran… Can I qualify?
Yes you can, provided the deceased husband died in the line of duty or from a service-related cause. The widow must also satisfy the residency requirements of the Texas Veterans Land Board.
