I have to say when your ad said "call me anytime", I was skeptical BUT I did just that, and called you on a Saturday morning at 7:54 am. You answered your phone and rest is history. We love our DREAM home. Stephanie is truly an ANGEL on earth!!!! She was so patient with all my many worried phone calls; she talked to me each and every time. Without her I don't think I would have made it through this process!! I truly mean that!!

I would like to personally thank Pat and Kristin for
such a painless, swift, and professional transaction regarding the VA
Streamline Refinance of my home. They got me locked in to a great VA Refinance
rate just in time, got my paperwork out the door with complete accuracy, and
got me to the title company for closing within 2 weeks after I initially
approached them.
I would highly recommend Pat Fitzgerald and his very
professional staff to any Veteran seeking to either finance or refinance their
home through United Lending! I have to admit that I was hesitant to dial Pat's
number after I found his contact information off the Internet because I had
done so previously and received outlandish loan origination offers of upwards
of 3% of principal on this transaction, but Pat charged a very fair 1%
origination fee. This exhibited to me that Pat and his firm are not out to
gouge Veterans such as many firms appear to be trying to do these days which
is, in my opinion, abominable!

When my wife and I decided to move to a larger home, we were presented with many financing options. I wanted to use my Texas Veteran benefits, but was assured by the first finance company that this would take an extended length of time and their rates on a conventional mortgage were just as competitive.
I looked on the internet and came across Patrick Fitzgerald's website (www.texas-vet-loans.com).
I submitted my name and number and expected a call or letter in a day or so. Much to my surprise Pat called me within a couple of hours. From that point on, the least frustrating and easiest part of my home buying experience was dealing with Pat. Pat gave me his cell phone and told me to call at any time with any questions.
The Sunday afternoon that we made an offer on our house I did just that, we needed our realtor to talk with Pat to tie down some contract details. He was more than obliging and everything went off smoothly.
Dealing with Pat seemed more like working with a long time friend than a mortgage institution several hundred miles away. I would recommend anyone to talk with Pat for a home buying experience with a lot less stress.
