Lot Loans
Are you in the market to purchase some raw land? If so, I may be able to help you. There is a big difference between raw land, and a lot in a subdivision or plated development. Raw land is typically done by the Farm Land folks, but I may be able to help. First, and most importantly, the land must be in the San Antonio area, as my lenders do not go to other areas. All About USDA Loans
Most people don't know that the US Government (through the U.S. Department of Agriculture), has a program that helps people purchase homes outside of major metropolitan areas around the country. Mostly, the program helps people buy homes in rural areas, as well as towns that are smaller than 50,000 in population. This is called the USDA Loan. Please see my web site on this program.
