All About USDA Loans
Most people don't know that the US Government (through the U.S. Department of Agriculture), has a program that helps people purchase homes outside of major metropolitan areas around the country. Mostly, the program helps people buy homes in rural areas, as well as towns that are smaller than 50,000 in population. This is called the USDA Loan. Please see my web site on this program.

State of Texas Bond Program Loans
You may have heard of the State of Texas Bond Programs? Some people call them Teacher Loans, Homes for Heros, etc.. This is actually true, there are programs that are funded by the Texas Legislature that enable qualifying Teachers, Police Officers, Firefighters, and select EMS people to use the program to purchase a home. However, at this time, the funds are depleted, and there is zero available to fund these programs. Sorry.
